  4. Are you willing to abide by the terms and conditions listed below?
  5. Suggest a date and time you would be available for a try out with the squad.
  6. Your ICQ number.

 

Death Wish Squadron Membership Terms and conditions:

  1. Membership is conditional upon a successful "try out" with the rest of the squad.
  2. The use of obscene language or player names will result in a ban from the game
  3. Absolutely NO CHEATING will be tolerated. Cheats will be banned from the squad..
